在进行法学教育的过程中,有效的运用参与式教学法是一种与该门学科实践性特质相契合的一种方法,参与式教学法除了可以促使学生的创新能力得到提高,同时还能够促使其的实践水平逐步提高,所以,高校教师在进行法学教学的时候一定要广泛运用这种方法。为了让高校教师更好的运用到这种方法,本文将对参与式教学法在法学课堂中的具体运用意义以及相关建议展开探讨。
In the process of legal education, the effective use of participatory pedagogy is a method which is in line with the practical characteristics of this subject. Participatory pedagogy not only can promote students’ innovation ability, but also promote Its practice level is gradually improved, therefore, university teachers in law teaching must be widely used this method.
