目的了解深圳市福田区电子市场所使用有机溶剂的主要挥发性组分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对电子市场专项调查抽取的54份有机溶剂样品的主要挥发性组分进行扫描定性和半定量分析。结果共检出32种挥发性组分,检出前4位化学物质为二氯甲烷(75.9%)、四氯乙烯(66.7%)、三氯乙烯(37.0%)和正己烷(20.4%)。结论在电子行业存在的主要职业危害因素中,正己烷、三氯乙烯和甲醇的检出率依然较高,提示应加强对这些有害因素的监测力度。
Objective To understand the main volatile components of organic solvents used in electronics market in Futian District, Shenzhen. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) techniques were used to conduct qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of the main volatile components in 54 organic solvent samples from the electronic market special investigation. Results A total of 32 volatile components were detected. The first four chemicals detected were dichloromethane (75.9%), tetrachlorethylene (66.7%), trichlorethylene (37.0%) and n-hexane (20.4%). Conclusion Among the major occupational hazards that exist in the electronics industry, the detection rates of n-hexane, trichlorethylene and methanol are still high, suggesting that the monitoring of these harmful factors should be strengthened.
