目的:探究第二代双源CT自适应前瞻性心电触发序列扫描冠脉成像临床价值及应用前景。方法:将2012年10月至2014年10月期间因持续房颤等心血管疾病入院接受治疗的120例患者纳入本次研究,随机分为研究组(60例)和对照组(60例),研究组患者采用第二代双源CT自适应前瞻性心电触发序列扫描冠脉成像进行检查,对照组患者则采用回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描。对比两组辐射剂量,图像质量评分及图像有效诊断率。结果:研究组患者Z-轴扫描范围、容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、平均有效剂量(ED)、平均剂量长度乘积(DLP)均明显低于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组图像质量评分及图像有效诊断率均明显优于对照组,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:第二代双源CT前瞻性心电触发序列扫描,具有有效诊断率高,辐射量低,安全性较好的优点,在冠脉成像中具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical value and application prospect of second-generation dual-source CT-based prospective ECG-based coronary angiography. METHODS: A total of 120 patients admitted to hospital for persistent cardiovascular disease such as atrial fibrillation during October 2012 to October 2014 were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into study group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) Patients in the study group were examined with second-generation dual-source CT adaptive prospective ECG-triggered coronary angiography, and patients in the control group were retrospectively gated with ECG-gated spiral scans. Comparison of two groups of radiation dose, image quality score and image effective diagnosis rate. Results: The Z-axis scan range, volumetric CT dose index (CTDIvol), average effective dose (ED) and average dose length product (DLP) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group 0.05). The image quality score and effective diagnostic rate of the study group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The second-generation dual-source CT prospective ECG-triggered sequential scan has the advantages of high effective diagnostic rate, low radiation dose and good safety, and has a high popularization and application value in coronary angiography.
