为了解决粉体纳米TiO2及负载型的TiO2在处理废水过程中存在的问题,在常温条件下,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米TiO2的成型颗粒,较大的粒径有利于催化剂的分离、回收和重复利用。同时对制备的纳米TiO2的成型颗粒光催化剂,采用XRD、SEM等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,所制备的催化剂以锐钛矿型存在,平均粒径350μm,催化活性良好、表面积大、有特殊的多孔结构。利用自制的纳米TiO2成型颗粒处理冀东油田的采油废水,处理后出水的COD达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)二级标准,COD去除率达到61%。
In order to solve the problems existing in the process of wastewater treatment of the powder nano-TiO2 and the supported TiO2, the shaped nano-TiO2 particles were prepared by the sol-gel method under normal temperature conditions. The larger particle size is favorable for the separation of the catalyst, Recycle and reuse. At the same time, the prepared nano-TiO2 particles were characterized by XRD, SEM and other means. The results show that the prepared catalyst exists in anatase type with average particle size of 350μm, good catalytic activity, large surface area and special porous structure. The wastewater from the Jidong Oilfield was treated by self-made nano-sized TiO2 particles. The COD of treated effluent reached the second-class standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and the COD removal rate reached 61%.
