为了研究火灾下铝合金轴心受压构件的稳定承载能力,在不同温度下,进行了14个矩形截面铝合金挤压型材试件的轴心受压试验。试验均为恒温加载,试验过程中保持温度不变,荷载持续增加,直至达到构件的极限承载力。全部试件都发生了整体弯曲失稳。对试验结果进行了分析,并将试验结果与中国和欧洲铝合金结构设计规范进行了比较。结果表明:在常温下,两种规范给出的结果与试验结果吻合较好;在高温下,欧洲规范结果与试验结果相差较大。
In order to study the stability bearing capacity of aluminum alloy axial compression members under fire conditions, the axial compression tests of 14 rectangular cross-section aluminum alloy extruded profiles were carried out at different temperatures. The test is a constant temperature load, keep the temperature constant during the test, the load continues to increase until the ultimate bearing capacity of the component. All specimens suffered a total bending instability. The test results were analyzed, and the test results were compared with the design code of aluminum alloy structure in China and Europe. The results show that at normal temperature, the results given by the two specifications are in good agreement with the experimental results. At high temperature, the results of European norms differ greatly from the experimental results.
