目的:观察降浊颗粒对5/6肾切除慢性肾衰竭大鼠胃肠激素的影响,以观察降浊颗粒对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的治疗作用,明确其改善胃肠道症状的作用机理。方法:5/6肾大部切除法建立CFR大鼠模型。动物连续灌胃给生理盐水或给药60 d。取大鼠血清,检测胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MIL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)。结果:降浊颗粒能够降低实验大鼠血清GAS、MIL、VIP,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:降浊颗粒可以通过下调大鼠血清GAS、MIL、VIP浓度,减轻胃肠激素之间不成比例的变化,使胃肠运动功能恢复正常,从而改善慢性肾衰胃肠功能紊乱状态。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jiangzhuo granule on gastrointestinal hormones in 5/6 nephrectomy rats with chronic renal failure, and to observe the therapeutic effect of Jiangzhuo granule on chronic renal failure (CRF) and to clarify its mechanism of improving gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods: CFR rat model was established by subtotal 5/6 nephrectomy. The animals were given gavage with saline or given for 60 days. Rat serum was taken for detection of gastrin (GAS), motilin (MIL) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP). Results: Jiangzhuo Granules could reduce the serum levels of GAS, MIL and VIP in experimental rats compared with the model control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Jiangzhuo Granule can reduce the gastrointestinal motility of patients with chronic renal failure by decreasing the concentration of serum GAS, MIL and VIP, and reducing the disproportionate changes of gastrointestinal hormones.
