叫停混合动力客车补贴,只补贴插电式或者纯电动客车,出发点或许正确,实际对整体节能减排却是一种反动力传统混合动力客车,对客车业节能减排具有重要意义,但是,它的春天看来已经难以到来。2014年2月8日,财政部等部委联合发布《关于进一步做好新能源汽车推广应用工作的通知》,明确将现行补贴推广政策执行到2015年12月31日,并对2014年和2015年的补助标准做出调整,但未有提到舆论关注的重启混合动力客车补贴。
