高效英语课堂教学,从目标取向的角度而言,指在规定的教学时间内,学生在教师的指导下成功地达成了预定学习目标的教学。但在教学法多元化的今天,语言教学中已没有也不可能有一种单一的而又为大家共同接受的“好的方法”。学习者千差万别,教师风格不一,教学环境不尽相同,企图用一种事先设定的、按部就班的方法去教好千变万化的学生,是不现实的,是幼稚的幻想。教学方法必须因人而异,因境而变。
Efficient English classroom teaching, from the perspective of the goal orientation, refers to the teaching within the specified time, the students under the guidance of the teacher successfully achieved the intended learning objectives teaching. However, in the diversification of pedagogy, there is no single language in the teaching of language and a common method acceptable to all. It is unrealistic and childish to imagine that learners vary in style, teachers have different styles, and different teaching environments. In an attempt to teach an ever-changing number of students in a pre-set, step-by-step way, they are naive fantasies. Teaching methods must vary from person to person, due to circumstances.
