背景:几何法指用生成图样的几何特性分析自主调节,是一种分析心率变异性(HRV)的有效工具。本研究旨在研究HRV几何指数评价功能训练对健康年轻女性心脏自主调节的影响。方法:将29名女性通过分层抽样分为功能训练组(FTG,n=13;23.00±2.51岁;21.90±2.82 kg/m~2)和对照组(CG,n=16;20.56±1.03岁;22.12±3.86 kg/m~2)。训练组接受12周功能训练,评价2组训练前后的心脏自主调节,并用Poincare plot进行定性分析。结果:与对照组相比,训练组三角指数(RRTri)、SD1、SD2和RR间期的差异明显增加:Poincare plot定性分析显示,训练组在训练后每搏RR间隔和长期RR间隔的离差增大,RR间期直方图中的三角形插值、SD1和SD2均无变化。结论:功能训练能对心脏自主调节产生有益作用,表现为副交感神经活性和整体变异性提高,表明功能训练具有临床应用价值。
Background: Geometry refers to autonomous regulation using the geometric features of a generated pattern, and is an effective tool for analyzing heart rate variability (HRV). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of HRV geometric index evaluation on cardiac autonomic regulation in healthy young women. METHODS: Twenty-nine women were divided into functional training group (FTG, n = 13; 23.00 ± 2.51 years; 21.90 ± 2.82 kg / m ~ 2) and control group (CG, n = 16; 20.56 ± 1.03 years ; 22.12 ± 3.86 kg / m ~ 2). The training group received 12-week functional training, and the autonomic regulation of the two groups before and after training was evaluated and qualitatively analyzed by Poincare plot. Results: Compared with the control group, the difference of RRTri, SD1, SD2 and RR intervals in the training group was significantly increased. Qualitative analysis by Poincare plot showed that the difference between RR interval and RR interval after training Increasing, the triangle interpolation in the RR interval histogram has no change between SD1 and SD2. CONCLUSION: Functional training can have a beneficial effect on cardiac autonomic regulation, manifested by increased parasympathetic activity and overall variability, indicating that functional training has clinical value.
