备课、上课、作业批改、辅导、反思、检测是教学不可或缺的六个环节,这六个环节的有机统一共同推动了教育教学的开展。但在教学中不难发现,很多教师注重课堂教学和作业批改,也注重对学生的月考或期中、期末测试,而对教学反思则甚是轻视,往往以走过场的形式而进行,反思没有起到真正的作用。究其原因,一方面是教师对教学反思作用的忽视,另一方面则是反思后为将反思成果应用于教学活动,反思被架空。
