近日,农业部南京农业机械化研究所创制出一款与75~110马力大型拖拉机配套的2ZFG-2型甘薯移栽复式作业机,可一次完成两垄的旋耕、起垄、破压茬、栽插、修垄等作业,解决了拖拉机与种植垄距的匹配性差、下田作业次数多、茬地栽插等问题,为实现甘薯耕种收全程机械化配套奠定基础。据介绍,甘薯一般采用高垄种植,因其特殊的生理特性,生产上采用的是剪(拔)苗后裸苗栽插形式。由于分苗技术的制约,目前国际上尚无法实现全自动移栽。
