综合十余作者的统计分析,平均每百例全喉切除的喉癌患者,28％有颈淋巴结转移,这些有转移的患者,36％可通过颈淋巴结廓清术治愈,廓清后复发率为28％。作者认为,凡临床无明显转移症状者,就没有必要常规行颈淋巴结廓清术,否则,将有70％手术是徒劳的,仅为保存8％的安全,意义不大。凡转移淋巴结之直径超过3厘米者,术后复发率高达50％左右,术时应当注意。
According to the statistical analysis of more than ten authors, a mean of 28% of cervical lymph node metastases per 100 cases of total laryngectomy patients, 36% of these patients can be cured by cervical lymph node dissection, the recurrence rate after clearance is 28% . The author believes that any clinical symptoms were not obvious, there is no need for routine cervical lymph node dissection, otherwise, there will be 70% of the surgery is futile, only to save 8% of the safety, of little significance.
