目的探究低剂量螺旋CT扫描在肺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选取我院2007年5月至2010年5月接诊的176例肺癌患者,均经常规CT和低剂量螺旋CT扫描,观察其CT表现特征,并对其进行比较。结果低剂量(LD)扫描发现<5mm、≤10mm的非钙化肺结节的敏感性、特异性和准确度均比常规剂量高且图像更清晰。结论低剂量螺旋CT扫描提高了对肺内病变部位的检出率,在肺癌临床诊断中起到了良好的治疗效果,具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of low-dose spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods A total of 176 patients with lung cancer who were admitted from May 2007 to May 2010 in our hospital were examined by routine CT and low-dose spiral CT. Their CT features were observed and compared. Results Low-dose (LD) scan found that the non-calcified pulmonary nodules less than or equal to 10 mm had higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy than the conventional dose and the image was clearer. Conclusion Low-dose helical CT scan can improve the detection rate of intra-lung lesion and play a good therapeutic effect in clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, which has important clinical value.
