职业实践能力是职业能力的初始阶段,主要包括专业技术能力、专业拓展能力和社会交际能力。艺术设计类专业有很强的专业性,对职业实践能力要求较高,艺术设计类课程设置和社会需求结合,满足就业的四个要求,即插即用、学有所专、职业拓展能力、社会交际能力。社会对职业实践能力的要求决定了艺术设计类课程设置的特点和内容。科学的课程设计是将社会需求融入到教学之中,坚持走社会化、开放化、实践化的教学模式,围绕职业实践能力培养,积极拓展教学与实践的不断研究。
