由于知识梯度、认识能力及心理的变化,很多高中新生都有程度不同的不适应,以致焦虑烦躁,无所适从,导致学习和生活上走进误区。学校对高中新生的转型教育可采用学校集中培训模式、班主任负责制、家长——学校合作制等方式,实行有效的转型教育策略。应结合不同的实际情况,制定相应的转型教育标准,在关爱学生的主线上,积极促进学生的思想转型、生活转型、学习转型。
Due to changes in knowledge gradient, cognitive ability and psychology, many high school freshmen have different degrees of discomfort, resulting in anxiety and restlessness, resulting in learning and living into misunderstanding.
