拜读了贵刊第十期问题争鸣栏目中聂赤峰老师关于“一个数除以小数”中例4删除或修改建议后,颇有一些想法,在这里和同仁们一起商榷。九年义务教育六年制小学教科书第九册第19页“一个数除以小数”一节,课本首先通过复习商不变规律,然后提示除数是整数除法的方法。最后提出问题:如果除数是小数该怎样计算呢?能不能把它转化成除数是整数的除法计算呢?教材编排了以下两例:
