追求幸福是一个人的心性境域不断拓展的过程。一个幸福的教师,必然是心性素养比较高的教师;一个拥有幸福教师的学校,必然是一所能塑造学生完善人格、实现个体成长的优质学校。因此,每一位优秀校长都要做到以带给教师幸福为己任。在学校里,学生的幸福感受和教师的幸福感受往往联系紧密。学校的直接管理者——校长,应该想方设法增强教师的幸福感,唯有如此才能让学生感受到更大的幸福。
Pursuit of happiness is a continuous process of expanding one’s heart. A happy teacher is bound to be a teacher with a high level of heart accomplishment. A school with a happy teacher must be a good school that can shape the individual’s personality and achieve individual growth. Therefore, every outstanding principal should do their duty to bring happiness to teachers. In school, students’ happiness and teacher’s happiness are often closely linked. The school’s direct manager - principals, should find ways to enhance teachers’ sense of happiness, the only way to make students feel more happiness.
