元认知理论是当前二语习得研究领域中的热点之一。在科技英语阅读中培养学生的元认知策略,不但能提高学生对科技文章的阅读理解能力,还能促进学生自主学习能力的发展。
Metacognition theory is one of the hot topics in the field of second language acquisition. Developing students’ metacognitive strategies in EST reading can not only improve students’ reading comprehension ability of scientific articles, but also promote the development of students’ autonomous learning ability.
