为了证实梗阻性黄疸时高浓度的胆盐对肝枯否 (Kupffer)细胞功能的抑制作用 ,在分离培养的大鼠高纯度的枯否细胞中加入不同终浓度的胆盐 (GCDC) ,并分别进行MTT(噻唑蓝 )、中性红吞噬及TNF(肿瘤坏死因子 )释放的检测。结果表明 :当GCDC <2 5μmol/L时 ,对枯否细胞的活性及功能无明显影响 ;而当GCDC >50 μmol/L时 ,对枯否细胞的活性、吞噬功能及分泌功能均显示出浓度依赖性的抑制作用。提示 ,胆盐对枯否细胞功能具有抑制作用 ,可能在梗阻性黄疸的发展过程中起重要作用
