应用通径分析方法研究了与甜菊种子产量(y)有密切关系的6个数量性状及它们之间的相互关系。这些性状是:株高(x1)、茎粗(x2)、分枝数(x3)、主茎节数(x4)、单株叶片数(x5)、肉质根条数(x6)。通径分析结果表明,这6个性状对种子产量的直接影响依次为x3>x5>X4>x1>x2>x6,它们与种子产量的回归关系为,y=-3.159526+0.008346444x1-0.025934141x2+0.0102515x3+0.06621807x4+0.00125259x5-0.002106936x6,用此方程估测种子产量,其可靠程度达99.87858%。
Six quantitative traits closely related to the seed yield (y) of stevia were studied by using the path analysis method and their correlations. The traits were plant height (x1), stem diameter (x2), number of branches (x3), number of main stems (x4), number of leaves per plant (x5) and number of fleshy roots (x6). The results of path analysis showed that the direct effects of these six traits on seed yield were x3> x5> x4> x1> x2> x6, and their regression relationship with seed yield was y = -3.159526 + 0.008346444x1-0. 025934141x2 + 0.0102515x3 + 0.06621807x4 + 0.00125259x5-0.002106936x6. Using this equation to estimate seed yield, the degree of reliability is 99.87858%.
