中国质量协会、全国用户委员会联合披露:在日前组织开展的全国轿车用户满意度指数测评结果中显示,我国轿车行业2002年度用户满意度指数为71.1分,属于较高水平。 此次测评是由中国质量协会和全国用户委员会在今年的6月至8月间组织开展了全国轿车用户满意度指数的一次行业性测评。测评对象包括上海大众、一汽大众、上海通用、一汽轿车、广州本田、天汽集团、神龙汽车公司、长安汽车公司、上汽奇瑞等我国最大的9家轿车生产企业,这9家公司的轿车销量达到国产轿车总销量的96.9%。为了增强测评结果的全面性与代表性,在此次的测评活动中还单列了其他国产轿车和进口轿车两个测评对象,测评数据是访员通过问卷访问方式收集,有效样本包含全国29个省、自治区、直辖市的3000多个轿车用户,测评活动在保证客观公正的前提下,由中国汽车产品认证中心、中国汽车质量检测中心的有关专家参加了测评方案论证,由中国人民大学承担了测评数据的统计分析工作。 从各品牌轿车的测评结果看,按照用
China Quality Association, the National User Committee joint disclosure: In a few days ago organized the national car user satisfaction index test results show that China’s car industry in 2002 user satisfaction index was 71.1 points, belonging to a higher level. The assessment is organized by the China Quality Association and the National User Council in June this year to August organized a national sedan customer satisfaction index of an industry evaluation.
