在2016年时,国务院总理李克强曾经在政府工作报告中明确提出:“当今社会必须全力培养精益求精的工匠精神,以此来增强品质,争创优质品牌”。“工匠精神”的提出引起了社会各大领域的广泛关注,这也是其第一次出现在政府工作报告中。在中职财会专业发展中,必须以学生的就业为导向来培养学生的专业基础知识和实践技能,让学生能够更好地适应企业岗位发展需求。近几年以来,我国的就业环境越来越恶劣,中职财会专业学生就业更加困难,所以加强对学生“工匠精神”的培养,不仅满足社会发展需求,而且能够提高学生的就业能力。基于此,本文以中职财会专业学生“工匠精神”的培养为议题展开深入分析。

In the development of secondary professional finance, we must cultivate students’ basic knowledge and practical skills based on the employment orientation of students, so that students can better adapt to the development needs of the enterprise. In recent years, the employment environment in our country is getting worse and worse. The employment of secondary-school finance students is more difficult. Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of students “craftsmanship ” not only meets the demand of social development, but also enhances the employability of students. Based on this, this article carries out in-depth analysis on the cultivation of secondary vocational and accounting students “artisan spirit ”.
