明确百合种球休眠解除的机制及影响因素是种球商品化的关键.本研究根据磁共振成像技术能反映活体组织内部形态及组织中水变化的特点,对百合种球(索邦)在冷藏环境中的休眠及休眠解除过程进行动态观察,明确种球内部弛豫率参数对种球休眠期内部代谢物变化的定量分析价值.其中,磁共振成像序列筛选结果表明,T1加权成像优于T2加权成像,具有较高的信噪比(0.97±0.01),可作为百合鳞茎的最佳成像序列.碳水化合物的定量实验表明,芽及基盘的可溶性糖含量在第8周出现峰值,前4周其增速较快(芽F=84.572,P<0.01;基盘F=50.427,P<0.01),8周后缓慢下降.磁共振参数的测量结果表明,磁化转移率的变化对种球解除休眠过程敏感.芽与基盘部位的磁化转移率值在休眠期持续下降,到第8周达到最低点(P>0.05),并与同部位可溶性糖含量的变化具有显著相关性(芽R2=0.95,基盘R2=0.97).综上,磁共振成像技术可以在百合种球解除休眠的过程中,同时实现活体动态监测鳞茎内部形态变化和定量分析碳水化合物代谢变化的双重功能.
