经营性事业单位改制己经势在必行,改制转企成为事业单位生存的出路之一。文章指出目前经营性事业单位薪酬管理中存在的不足之处,提出在经营性事业单位改制转企薪酬体系中应建立合理多元化的薪酬体系及结构,建立合理有效的薪酬增长机制,将薪酬与绩效考核相结合,重视内在薪酬管理,注重公平理论等优化对策。
It is imperative that the restructuring of operating institutions be imperative, and the restructuring and transfer of enterprises become one of the outlets for the survival of institutions. The article points out the shortcomings in the current pay management of the operating units, and proposes that a reasonable and diversified salary system and structure should be established in the system of pay-for-conversion in the operation of public institutions, and a reasonable and effective salary growth mechanism should be established. The combination of performance appraisal, pay attention to the internal salary management, pay attention to the fair theory and other optimization measures.
