目的:为了探讨肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能与SAPO-1/Fas、TNF-a、NO表达水平的相关性及相互作用。方法:采用酵母菌-红细胞免疫粘附试验,对45例化疗前和17例化疗后病情缓解者进行了红细胞C3b受体花环试验(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验(RBC-ICR)及ELISA法对107例肿瘤患者及22例健康人进行了SAPO-1/Fas的检测,其中部分进行了TNF-a、NO检测。结果:肿瘤患者血清SAPO-1/Fas表达水平明显高于健康人对照组(P<0.001),且与肿瘤种类无关;17例化疗后病情缓解者SAPO-1/Fas表达水平与化疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。45例和47例肿瘤患者血清同时检测SAPO-1/Fas、TNF-a表达水平及SAPO-1/Fas、NO含量并进行单因素直线相关分析,分别为r=0.76,P<0.05,r=0.72,P<0.05,呈显著正相关。RBC-C3bRR明显降低,45例肿瘤患者化疗前又明显低于17例病情缓解者(P<0.01),RBC-ICR明显高于健康人,45例化疗前肿瘤患者RBC-ICR明显高于17例化疗后病情缓解者(P<0.01)。结论:肿瘤患者RBC-ICR和SAPO-1/Fas、TNF-a、NO表达水平明显增高,呈显著正相关,RBC-C3bRR明显降低。为研究红细胞免疫与淋巴细胞免疫的相互关系及肿瘤治疗提供了新的理论基础和实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the correlation and interaction between erythrocyte immune function and the expression of SAPO-1 / Fas, TNF-a and NO in tumor patients. Methods: RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR were performed in 45 patients with chemotherapy and 17 after chemotherapy in response to yeast-erythrocyte immunoadhesion. And ELISA method for 107 cases of cancer patients and 22 healthy people SAPO-1 / Fas detection, some of them TNF-a, NO detection. Results: The expression of SAPO-1 / Fas in cancer patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.001), and had no correlation with the tumor types. The levels of SAPO-1 / Fas, TNF-a and the levels of SAPO-1 / Fas and NO in 45 and 47 cancer patients at the same time were detected by single factor linear correlation analysis, r = 0.76, 0.72, P <0.05, showing a significant positive correlation. RBC-C3bRR was significantly lower in 45 patients before chemotherapy than in 17 patients with remission (P <0.01), RBC-ICR was significantly higher than healthy people, 45 patients with pre-chemotherapy tumor RBC-ICR was significantly higher than 17 cases Post-chemotherapy remission (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The expression of RBC-ICR, SAPO-1 / Fas, TNF-a and NO in tumor patients were significantly increased, positively correlated, and RBC-C3bRR significantly decreased. In order to study the relationship between erythrocyte immunity and lymphocyte immunity and tumor treatment provides a new theoretical basis and experimental basis.
