目的探讨分析思维导图在高职护理专业护生护理专业技术实训细节管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院护理专业的两个同年级班级进行对照研究,一个班为观察班(55人),一个班为对照班(52人),两个班的护理专业技术实训课均为同一教师教授,观察班在教学中应用思维导图,对照班在教学中未应用思维导图,一个学期后观察比较两个班护生的护理专业技术实训考核成绩、细节管理考核成绩以及对护理操作要点的掌握难易度反馈。结果观察班护生的平均护理专业技术实训考核成绩和平均细节管理考核成绩均显著高于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察班护生中认为对护理操作要点的掌握较容易者显著多于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高职护理专业护生护理操作技术实训细节管理中应用思维导图能够有效提高教学效果,强化护生的细节管理操作,值得在教学中应用推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind map in the detail management of nurse nursing professional technical training in higher vocational nursing. Methods A comparative study was conducted on two classes of the same grade in our hospital. One class was observation class (55 persons) and one class was control class (52 persons). The nursing professional technical training classes of the two classes were the same teacher Professor, observation class in teaching the application of mind map, control class in teaching did not use the mind map, a semester observation and comparison of nursing students in two classes nursing technical training examination scores, details of the management examination results and nursing operations Points to master the difficulty of feedback. Results The scores of average nursing professional technical training assessment and average detail management examination in observation class were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). There were significantly more masters of the nursing students in the observation class than those in the control group, which were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying Mind Map in the management of nurse practitioners\' nursing operation technology in higher vocational nursing education can effectively improve the teaching effect and strengthen the details management of nursing students, which is worthy of promotion in teaching.
