用大鼠血红蛋白(Hb)恢复方法研究紫黑米提高贫血大鼠Hb作用。给90只Wistar雄性幼鼠低铁饲料25天,复制出缺铁性贫血(IDA)模型。选出50只,随机分成低铁、白精米(寒丰)、紫黑(SX40)精米、紫黑半糙米和玉米淀粉对照(简称对照)五组,喂养30天。结果:紫黑米优于白米,紫黑半糙米优于紫黑精米。低铁和白精米组动物Hb水平不能维持。Hb恢复程度与铁摄入量、饲料含铁量呈正相关。提示紫黑米,尤其紫黑半糙米,有防治IDA作用。可能是由于紫黑米含铁量较高缘故。
Study on Hb Effect of Purple Black Rice on Anemia Rats Using Rat Hemoglobin (Hb) Restoration Method. Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) models were replicated in 90 Wistar male offspring rats for 25 days. Fifty rabbits were selected and randomly divided into five groups: low iron, white rice (cold abundance), purple rice (SX40) polished rice, purple black semi brown rice and corn starch control (abbreviated as control) for 30 days. Results: purple black rice is better than white rice, purple black brown rice is better than purple black polished rice. Low-iron and white rice group animals Hb level can not be maintained. Hb recovery and iron intake, feed iron content was positively correlated. Tip purple black rice, especially purple black brown rice, have the role of prevention and treatment of IDA. It may be due to the higher black iron black rice reason.
