作为建筑垃圾废物流的核心组分,废弃混凝土的资源利用呈现显著的外部性特征。定量分析废弃混凝土处理系统的环境影响,是废弃混凝土管理决策的关键。根据对西宁市废弃混凝土处理的调查,构建了三种情形的废弃混凝土处理系统;应用生命周期评价方法,对系统的环境影响进行了量化分析;并采用基于社会支付意愿原理确定的权重因子,用货币价值表示系统的环境影响分值。结果表明:传统情形下,废弃混凝土处理系统的环境影响最大;一般情形和理想情形下,提高系统中再生骨料利用的比重,有助于降低系统的环境影响;在一定运距内,废弃混凝土现场再生处理对系统环境影响的降低不如“再生中心”集中处理有效。
As the core component of the waste stream of construction waste, the resource utilization of abandoned concrete presents a significant external characteristic. Quantitative analysis of the environmental impact of waste concrete treatment system is the key to decision-making of abandoned concrete management. According to the investigation of disposal of abandoned concrete in Xining City, three types of abandoned concrete treatment system are constructed. The life cycle assessment method is used to quantitatively analyze the environmental impact of the system. The weight factor determined by the principle of social willingness to pay is used. Monetary value represents the system’s environmental impact score. The results show that under the traditional situation, the environmental impact of abandoned concrete treatment system is the greatest. Under normal circumstances and ideal situations, increasing the proportion of recycled aggregate utilization in the system helps to reduce the environmental impact of the system. In a certain distance, Regeneration on the site less impact on the system environment “Regeneration Center ” centralized processing effectively.
