本研究为使三峡梯级自动化水牛运行自动化得以实现,根据三峡梯级枢纽总体设计,选择分层分布系统实现自动化管理与运行监控,依照枢纽设备专业与功能特性,对自动化计算机系统进行设置,其中主要包括三峡左岸电厂监控系统、三峡右岸电厂监控系统、三峡通讯监测系统等,对三峡自动化监控系统结构框架进行简述,并重点分析三峡调度监控系统在功能设计、系统配置等层面的设计与特性。结果显示,创建三峡梯级自动化监控系统,在同一系统内部考虑葛洲坝与三峡枢纽发电调度、水库调度和航运调度,对水资源的合理利用、经济效益的最大发挥以及确保枢纽运行稳定安全等均极具重要价值。除此之外,该监控系统能够集中管理与控制葛洲坝、三峡电站与相应的泄洪设施,使其自动化水平得到不断提升。
According to the overall design of the Three Gorges cascade hubs, the hierarchical distribution system is chosen to realize the automatic management and operation monitoring. The automation computer systems are set up according to the professional and functional characteristics of the hubs. The main contents include Three Gorges left bank power plant monitoring system, the Three Gorges right bank power plant monitoring system, the Three Gorges communications monitoring system, the Three Gorges automated monitoring system structure framework is briefly described, and focus on analysis of the Three Gorges dispatch monitoring system in functional design, system configuration and other aspects of the design and features. The results show that the Three Gorges cascade automation monitoring system is established. Both Gezhouba Dam and Three Gorges hub power generation dispatching, reservoir dispatching and shipping dispatching are considered in the same system. All of them have the best use of water resources, maximizing the economic benefits and ensuring the stability and safety of the hub operation Important value. In addition, the monitoring system can centrally manage and control the Gezhouba Dam, the Three Gorges Power Station and the corresponding flood discharge facilities so that the automation level will be continuously improved.
