目的对引导骨组织再生技术结合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和骨保护素修复牙槽骨缺损进行临床观察。方法 4例牙槽骨缺损患者,一侧作为观察组,一侧作为对照组。观察两组采用不同方法治疗后的修复效果。结果修复12周以后,观察组X线可以发现在骨缺损区域,新生骨量增加明显,组织学发现新生牙槽已经充满了根分叉区,骨小梁较为致密;对照组X线发现在骨缺损区域,新生骨量增加较为明显,但是没有达到根分叉的顶部,组织学发现在骨缺损区域出现新生牙槽骨,但并没有充分整个根分叉区。结论采用引导骨组织再生技术结合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和骨保护素修复牙槽骨缺损,有助于牙槽骨缺损的修复。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of guided regeneration of bone tissue combined with basic fibroblast growth factor and osteoprotegerin in alveolar bone defect repair. Methods Four patients with alveolar defect, one side as observation group and one side as control group. Observed two groups using different methods of treatment after the repair effect. Results After 12 weeks of repair, X-ray in the observation group showed that the new bone mass increased significantly in the bone defect area. Histologically, the new alveolar groove was filled with root bifurcation and the trabecular bone was more dense. In the defect area, the increase of new bone mass was more obvious, but did not reach the top of the root bifurcation. Histology found that there was new alveolar bone in the defect area of the bone, but not the entire root bifurcation area. Conclusion Guided bone regeneration combined with basic fibroblast growth factor and osteoprotegerin repair of alveolar bone defects is helpful for the repair of alveolar bone defects.
