系统分析了钾盐消焰剂(KNO_3、K_3AlF_6和有机钾盐KD)对具有不同固体填料、含能添加剂、氧系数、催化剂及Al粉含量的CMDB推进剂羽流电子密度的影响规律。结果表明:钾盐消焰剂对羽流电子密度影响最大,其数值比基础配方高4个数量级以上,含DNTF(3,4–二(硝基呋咱基)氧化呋咱)、CL–20(六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷)、Al粉的羽流电子密度比基础配方高1~2个数量级;KNO_3使配方体系羽流电子密度增大,而KD和K_3AlF_6使羽流电子密度减小。
The effects of KNO 3, K 3 AlF 6 and KD on the plume electron density of CMDB propellants with different solid fillers, energy-containing additives, oxygen coefficients, catalysts and Al powder contents were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the potassium salt flame-retardant had the greatest influence on the electron density of the plume and its value was more than 4 orders of magnitude higher than that of the basic formulation, including DNTF (3,4-bis (nitrofurazanyl) furazan), CL-20 (Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane). The plume electron density of Al powder was 1 ~ 2 orders of magnitude higher than that of the basic recipe. KNO_3 increased the plume electron density of the system, while KD and K_3AlF_6 decreased the plume electron density small.
