研究大规格螺栓螺母在飞行器型号实际安装环境下,润滑条件、基体材料、安装次数对拧紧力矩与预紧力的影响,以及扭拉系数随安装次数的变化规律。研究结果表明:使螺栓产生相同的预紧力,有润滑比无润滑条件下对螺母施加的拧紧力矩要小,采用钢实用垫圈(30Cr Mn Si A)比铝实用垫圈(LC9)拧紧力矩要小;随着反复拧入次数的增加,达到相同的预紧力时,所需的拧紧力矩呈现递增的变化规律,其扭拉系数也明显呈递增变化趋势。
The influence of lubrication condition, base material and installation times on tightening torque and pretightening force, as well as the variation rules of torsional tension coefficient with the number of installation, are studied in the actual installation environment of aircraft model. The results show that the same tightening force is applied to the bolts, the tightening torque is less than that on the nut without lubrication, the tightening torque of the steel washers (30Cr Mn Si A) is more than that of the LC9 washers ; With the increase of repeated screwing times, the required tightening torque shows an increasing variation when the same pretightening force is reached, and the twisting coefficient is obviously increasing.
