随着各种旅客运输方式的不断发展,尤其是公路运输业和航空运输业等竞争对手的快速崛起,铁路客运面临着日趋激烈的市场竞争。长期计划经济时期形成的铁路运输组织管理体制和运行机制同时制约了客运营销的开展。本文从目前铁路客运市场发展现状出发,结合管理学知识,分析了目前我国铁路客运营销存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出了解决方案。研究目的就是通过科学的市场营销管理手段,提升铁路客运的市场竞争力。
With the continuous development of various modes of passenger transport, especially the rapid rise of competitors such as road transport and air transport, railway passenger transport is faced with increasingly fierce market competition. The management system and operating mechanism of the railway transport organization formed during the long-term planned economy have also restricted the development of passenger transport marketing. Based on the present situation of railway passenger transportation market in our country, combined with the knowledge of management, this paper analyzes the existing problems of railway passenger transport marketing in our country, and on this basis puts forward the solutions. The purpose of the research is to improve the market competitiveness of railway passenger transport through scientific marketing management.
