随着电力企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈,职工的知识、技能的更新能否满足现代企业发展的需求,是电力企业提高综合竞争力的方式之一。新形势下的电力企业职工培训工作应该紧跟时代的步伐,不断的提高企业员工的岗位技能和职业素养,在促进企业发展进步中充分发挥人才的作用。本文对于电力企业职工培训中存在的问题以及如何建设新形势下职工培训的激励机制进行简要分析。
With the increasingly fierce market competition faced by electric power enterprises, whether staff knowledge and skills can meet the needs of the development of modern enterprises is one of the ways for electric power enterprises to improve their overall competitiveness. In the new situation, the training of employees in electric power enterprises should keep up with the pace of the times and continuously improve the post skills and professional accomplishments of employees, and give full play to the role of qualified personnel in promoting the development of enterprises. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems in the training of employees in electric power enterprises and how to construct the incentive mechanism of employee training in the new situation.
