随着信息技术以及经济的飞速发展,逐渐加快了经济全球化的进程,中石油企业在我国经济发展中占有重要的地位,当前中石油在海外的人力资源管理随着逐渐的发展已经渐趋成熟,但是其人力资源管理中依然存在着一定的不完善性,影响着企业在海外的有效发展。本文针对海外石油项目人力资源管理的现状进行有效的研究,并提出具体的应对措施,促进海外石油项目人力资源管理水平不断发展。
With the rapid development of information technology and economy, the process of economic globalization has been gradually accelerated. The petroleum enterprises occupy an important position in the economic development of our country. At present, PetroChina’s overseas human resources management has gradually become mature with gradual development. However, There are still some imperfections in human resource management, which affect the effective development of enterprises overseas. This paper conducts an effective research on the current situation of human resource management in overseas oil projects and proposes specific countermeasures to promote the continuous development of human resource management in overseas oil projects.
