近年来伴随着城市化进程的加快,沿海地区优美而自然的海岸线逐渐从人们视线中消失,导致生态环境不断恶化,大兴土木的城市步步逼进也使立法保护的沙滩、湿地、森林和海洋生物的生存环境日益受到威胁。如何合理解决好经济发展与自然保护之间的矛盾是摆在城市规划和建设者面前一道难以回避的难题,新西兰奥克兰市长湾公园在规划建设和运行管理上所做的探索与实践,在一定程度上能为大家提供一些具参考价值的思考。
