为了充分发挥学生在学习中的主体作用,北京159中学从1985年开始对学生进行学习方法指导。最初,他们只在高一年级进行“如何适应和完成从初中向高中阶段的过渡”“学习的几个重要环节”“学习过程良好习惯培养”等专题讲座,师生们反映效果很好,于是从1987年起,学校组织各教研组对各年级分专题举办学习方法讲座。专题的内容包括:“注意和观察”“学习的几个环节”“记忆的保持、学习与迁移”“如何提高学习的效果”“解决问题与创造性”“关于对教材的理解问题”等等。
In order to give full play to students’ main role in learning, Beijing 159 Middle School began to teach students how to study from 1985. Initially, they only conducted “How to Adapt and Complete the Transition from Middle School to Senior Secondary School” in the first year of high school and other lectures such as “Good Habits for Learning Process” and other lectures. The teachers and students showed good results. Therefore, Since 1987, the school organizes all teaching and research groups to hold lectures on learning methods for each year and sub-topic. Topics include: “Attention and Observation” “Several aspects of learning” “Memory retention, learning and relocation” “How to improve the learning effect” “Solving problems and creativity” “On the understanding of teaching materials” and so on.
