道路运输是国民经济的基础,充分发挥道路运输的基础性作用对保障国民经济持续健康发展有着十分重要的作用。因此,如何增强道路客运企业的自身竞争力是目前亟待解决的问题。本文从宏观和微观的角度,提出了关于提升道路客运企业的几点思考。一、坚持企业内部组织结构的改制和调整,激活企业的竞争活力;二、大力进行企业自身经营结构的调整;三、以人为本,加强人力资源管理;四、推动客运企业信息化、智能化发展;五、培养企业的创新能力,打造企业竞争优势;六、推行企业文化建设等,才能提升道路客运企业核心竞争力。
