初中阶段是学生从幼稚过渡到成熟的关键阶段,小升初阶段作为九年义务教育的关键转折点,一些与学生成长发展密切相关的关键因素都发生了变化,例如学校环境、同伴关系、学生自身适应能力、教师教学风格、家长期望程度等等情景变化都给学生带来了一定的不适应,从以往的教学经验来看,有些学生甚至在小升初的转折阶段发生个人发展滑坡的现象。所以本文通过小升初的情景变化进行调查和研究,探寻帮助学生顺利度过过渡期的措施,提出相应的教育策略。
The junior high school stage is a crucial stage for students to transition from being naive to mature. As the key turning point of nine-year compulsory education, some key factors closely related to the growth and development of students have changed, such as the school environment, peer relationships, and students’ self-adaptability. Changes in the teaching styles of teachers, teachers’ expectations, and parental expectations have caused students some incompatibility. Based on past teaching experience, some students have experienced personal development declines even during the transition period. Therefore, this paper investigates and studies the changes in the situation of small-early-uplifting, explores measures that help students to successfully transition through the transitional period, and proposes corresponding educational strategies.
