As a teacher, I often suffer from the students do not speak up in class, but also often worry about the matter, angry. When I talk about this issue with my colleagues, we share the same feeling. Recently, I read a poem written by Mr. Tao Xingzhi in a book - “Mr. Mistake”: Your confused gentleman! Watt your pointer. There is Newton in your cold eyes. There’s Edison in your ridicule. Do not rush them off. / You have to wait until: / take a steamer, light a lamp, / learn calculus, / recognize them as your students? Read this poem, I reflect on myself: I did it? The only thing that comes out of the heart can reach the depths of the soul. “” Words can not but cause our door to think.
