不锈钢表面质量是不锈钢性能及使用过程中的关键指标,文章通过六西格玛DMAIC改进流程来改善不锈钢表面质量问题。通过对表面质量问题界定、测量,针对测量结果对根本性原因进行分析,在实际生产过程中,通过对富Ti氧化物、氮化物、硫化物以及复合夹杂物这四项夹杂物进行控制,通过用AL还原来改变上述四种夹杂物的型态,从而改进了不锈钢表面质量,使废品降低了69%,收到了良好的效果。
Stainless steel surface quality is a key indicator in the performance and use of stainless steel. The article improves the surface quality of stainless steel through the Six Sigma DMAIC process improvement. Through the definition and measurement of surface quality problems, the fundamental causes are analyzed based on the measurement results. During the actual production process, the four inclusions containing Ti-rich oxides, nitrides, sulfides, and composite inclusions are controlled and passed through. AL reduction was used to change the type of the above four inclusions, thereby improving the surface quality of the stainless steel, resulting in a 69% reduction in waste and good results.
