如何开发家长的教育资源,并与学校的教育资源进行整合,共同落实生命教育主体呢?首先,逐步转变班主任的家教指导理念,树立学校与家长的合作关系。其次,帮助家长了解青春期孩子的生理心理特点,提供有针对性的指导。然后,积极开展分层式的“家长沙龙”活动,学校搭建平台,最大限度地发挥了个体资源的示范辐射作用,使家教优势资源转化为家教共享资源。最后,让家长开放活动有效地促进了家校沟通,有机整合了家庭和学校的生命教育资源。
How to develop the educational resources of parents and integrate them with the educational resources of schools so as to jointly implement the subject of life education? Firstly, we should gradually change the tutor’s guiding ideology of the class teacher and establish the cooperative relationship between the school and parents. Second, to help parents understand the physical and psychological characteristics of adolescent children, provide targeted guidance. Then, the “Parents Salon” campaign was actively carried out. The school set up a platform to exert the exemplary radiation of individual resources to the maximum extent and transformed the advantage resources of tutors into share resources of tutor. Finally, allowing parents to open activities effectively promoted home-school communication and organically integrated life education resources for families and schools.
