Among many British clubs, there is a very unusual club that brings together people who believe the Earth is flat. But there is a defender of a view from which genius, aptitude, and ability are merely the result of education. Think all people’s innate qualities are exactly the same. Advocates of this view have sometimes even broken into scientific journals. Debating with them is probably just as unhelpful as arguing with members of the club that the earth is flat.
