目前,在人才竞争日益激烈的情况下,高等院校这个一向被认为是在人才问题上高枕无忧的领域,也面临着如何培养人才、吸引人才、留住人才和使用人才的巨大挑战。因此如何做好高校的人才工作已经不可回避地摆在我们面前。笔者认为当前做好高校人才工作最要紧的是如何贯彻落实“三个代表”的要求。 首先,高校人才工作必须贯彻“三个代表”的要求。 一、一般人才工作与高校人才工作 江泽民总书记在“七·一”讲话中指出:“要抓紧做好培养、吸引和用好各方面人才的工作。”因此,从宏观上讲,一般意义上的人才工作和高校人才工作都是指人才的吸引、培养与使用。具体来说,一般人才工作的涉及面很广泛,如工资、福利、职称、调配、就业、交流、编制、辞职、辞退等等都
