众所周知,审批制度改革是一项牵一发动全身系统工程。我国经过多伦行政审批制度改革仍然存在各自为战碎片化现象。审慎稳步协调推进行政制度改革是解决当前改革仍存在最后一公里和中梗阻问题的关键。本文以辽宁省A市为例,以深入调研为基础实证研究方法分析当前审批制度改革协同推进新路径。 As we all know, examination and approval system reform is a lead system engineering. After China’s reform of the system of administrative examination and approval of Duolun, there are still some fragmented phenomena in their respective fields. Prudence, Stability and Coordination to Promote the Reform of the Administrative System is the Key to Solving the Problems in the Last One Kilometer and the Obstruction in the Present Reform.
