研究了薏苡种子用200、400ppm稀土溶液浸种后,其幼苗在NaCl胁迫下体内SOD活性、膜脂过氧化作用、膜系统伤害三者之间的关系。结果表明:经200ppm稀土溶液浸种后,幼苗在NaCl胁迫下,能够维持较高SOD活性,降低膜脂过氧化作用和细胞膜透性。说明经合适的稀土溶液浸种,能够提高薏苡幼苗的耐盐性。
The relationship between SOD activity, membrane lipid peroxidation and membrane system injury of seedling under salt stress was studied after seed soaking with 200,400ppm rare earth solution. The results showed that under the NaCl stress, the seedlings were able to maintain higher SOD activity and reduce the membrane lipid peroxidation and cell membrane permeability after being soaked in 200ppm rare earth solution. The result shows that soaking seed with appropriate rare earth solution can improve the salt tolerance of Coix seedlings.
