本文应用0(对照),0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60,0.75,0.90,1.05,1.20,1.35及1.50kGy剂量的60Coγ射线照射花生、大豆、红豆、绿豆及眉豆等5种食用性植物种子,测定其形态学和生理生化上的变化。结果表明:不同种类的食用性植物种子具有不同的辐射敏感性,其出苗率、苗高、初生叶面积、初生根活力、初生叶片叶绿素a、b(a+b)含量等与照射剂量呈显著或极显著的负相关;初生叶片叶绿素a/b比值则与照射剂量呈显著的正相关;不同种类食用性植物种子具有不同的叶绿素a、b、(a+b)含量及叶绿素a/b比值;叶绿素(a+b)含量的变化是由叶绿素a与b二者含量的共同变化所引起的。试验综合指标表明,各供试种子的辐射敏感性大小次序表现为:眉豆>花生>红豆>大豆>绿豆
