目的对1起霍乱暴发疫情的调查、处置进行总结,为今后霍乱疫情的防治和处置提供经验和借鉴。方法制定统一的病例诊断标准,开展现场流行病学调查,并对采集标本进行实验室检测。结果此次疫情共发生霍乱病例3例,其中实验室确诊病例2例(O139群),临床病例1例,无死亡病例。病例有相同聚餐史,从聚餐中甲鱼销售点采集的2份样品检测出霍乱弧菌。结论该次疫情为霍乱弧菌O139群引起的暴发疫情,可疑污染来源为聚餐食物中的甲鱼。
Objective To summarize the investigation and treatment of an outbreak of cholera and provide experience and reference for the prevention and treatment of cholera outbreak in the future. Methods To develop a unified case diagnostic criteria, to carry out on-site epidemiological investigation, and the collection of specimens for laboratory testing. Results Three outbreaks of cholera occurred in the outbreak, including 2 laboratory diagnosed cases (O139 group), 1 clinical case and no deaths. In the same case history, Vibrio cholerae was detected in 2 samples taken from the sales points of the turtle at the dinner party. Conclusion The outbreak was caused by the outbreak of Vibrio cholera O139. The source of suspicious contamination was the turtle in the meal food.
