Actively implementing the project law management is a breakthrough in improving the management level of the construction industry. It is also a necessary path for construction companies to face serious difficulties in the current capital construction front, take advantage of potentials, tap out potentials, get rid of difficulties, and finally obtain the development of the company. In the past two years since our company implemented the Project Law Construction Management, we have been relying on the efforts of a large number of cadres and employees to carry out beneficial practices and explorations in various aspects such as deepening the internal system reforms of enterprises and improving the management level of enterprises. First, the implementation of project management is an objective situation. The situation requires a large-scale reduction in national infrastructure investment, significant changes in the company’s external environment, and increasingly fierce peer competition.
