改革开放30多年来,台州民营经济取得了长足的发展。中小民营企业积极参与国际竞争,拓展国际市场,形成了独具特色的发展之路。伴随着“后金融危机时代”的到来,台州中小民营企业面临更加严峻的国际市场营销新环境。企业惟有树立以人为本的管理理念,不断培育和提升自己的核心竞争力以形成独特的竞争优势,才能在激烈的国际市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文主要分析了台州中小民营企业人力资源管理过程中存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出相应的解决对策,以期帮助企业走出困境,充分发挥人力资源的能动性和创造性,构建企业的核心竞争力。
Over 30 years of reform and opening up, the private economy in Taizhou has made great strides. Small and medium-sized private enterprises actively participate in international competition and expand the international market, forming a unique development path. With the advent of the post-financial crisis era, small and medium-sized private enterprises in Taizhou are facing a more severe new environment for international marketing. Only by establishing a people-oriented management philosophy, enterprises can foster and improve their own core competitiveness to form a unique competitive advantage and win an invincible position in the fierce international market competition. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the human resource management process of small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises in Taizhou and their causes, and puts forward corresponding solutions to help them get out of their predicament, giving full play to the initiative and creativity of human resources and building their core competitiveness.
